YOUR "XPRESS PASS" AT Celebrity WEBSITE
Check-in online in
advance! It's easy.
When you check-in
online, it saves time. You won't have to fill out any forms at the
pier. To register online, first gather the following information
for all the guests that you're checking in:
- First and Last
Legal Names (as they appear on the passport or birth
certificate)
- Ship, Sail Date and Celebrity Reservation Number (series of
numbers)
- Celebrity's Past Passenger Crown & Anchor Member Number (if
applicable)
- Contact Information (including permanent address and telephone
number)
- Passport Details or or appropriate proof of citizenship and
identification (passport number and expiration)
- Emergency Contact Person (name and phone number)
- Travel Plans (flight details or approximate car arrival
times)
- Credit Card for Purchases Onboard (last four digits and
expiration date)
IMPORTANT: You must complete and
print your XPRESS PASS 4 days prior to your sail date.

Why
Check-In Online?
Completing the Online Check-In process for all the guests in your
reservation will save you from having to fill out forms at the
pier. Once you have completed
the Online Check-In process, you will receive a XPRESS PASS. It
indicates that you successfully completed the check-in process for
you and other guests listed on your XPRESS PASS.

HOW:
CLICK HERE for Celebrity’s secure site to begin your on-line
check in.
You will
then have to enter your reservation number (located directly above
the Passenger Names on your CruiseNow invoice), last name, ship,
and sail date. You are able to exit and log-in as often as
needed.
Once you
have entered your reservation, you will then scroll down and click
on the blue button that says "Start Check-In Process." Once on the
next page, follow the prompts to provide the necessary personal and
travel information, confirm your Celebrity Cruise Ticket Contract,
and setup your onboard expense account. Once completed your XPRESS
PASS will generate that you print and take with you to check in a
the pier. This XPRESS PASS is your boarding pass
After you
have provided the necessary information and checked-in, you are
able to manage your reservation in other beneficial ways using the
blue tabs towards the top of the page. You can reserve make
reservations for specialty dining, purchase beverage packages, and
make a reservation for the AquaSpa.
Your electronic travel documents (they provide information
relevant to your sailing) will be emailed to you approximately 3-4
weeks prior to sailing.
Once this is complete you are all set and ready to enjoy your
cruise onboard Celebrity. Just make sure you take your boarding
pass, luggage tags, and necessary documentation (passport, visas,
etc.) to the pier with you.
Luggage Tags
At Celebrity, we make your embarkation experience even more
enjoyable by tending to the details ahead of time. This includes
providing qualified guests with their personalized ship luggage
tags weeks before their cruise. Each Luggage Tag Mailer contains
eight (8) colorized tags, specific to your ship, sailing date and
stateroom assignment. Simply attach your luggage tags to the
appropriate luggage items prior to your arrival, and we'll whisk
them to your stateroom upon embarkation.
If you
would like luggage tags mailed directly to you, rather than use the
electronic version sent in your travel documents, then a request
for them must be made no later than 14 days prior to sailing. You
may make this request in the reservation management system you used
for the Online Check In.
North
American guests who have received their electronic cruise document
(eDoc) and have an assigned stateroom number may request their
complimentary luggage tags by logging on to Online Check-in.
Luggage tags may be requested as soon as you receive your eDoc, up
until 14 days prior to sailing. Once you log-in (providing your
name, last name, ship & sail date), select "request" in the
Luggage Tags section of the Cruise Documentation Page to submit. A
set of eight complimentary self-adhesive, printed luggage tags will
be mailed via the United States Postal Service to the North
American mailing address provided in your request form. The tags
color coded & customized to your ship, sailing date &
stateroom.
For guests with a "guaranty" stateroom or for guests who do not
submit a request at least 14 days prior to sailing, luggage tags
will be available from porters upon arrival at the pier.
If you
receive printed cruise documents for $35 per document, your
customized set of luggage tags will be included in your printed
document
book.
