PRE-ARRANGED
TRANSFERS
If you purchased a Royal
Caribbean airport-to-ship transfer, you'll be met by a uniformed
Royal Caribbean representative at LAX. For domestic U.S. flights,
you'll be met near the luggage claim area. For international
flights, you'll be met as you exit the secure customs area. Make
sure you claim all your luggage prior to exiting the luggage claim
area.
From the airport, you'll be transferred to your ship.
If you want Royal Caribbean airport-to-ship transfer, yet you
haven't purchased your air travel arrangements from Royal
Caribbean, you must provide us with flight details prior to
purchasing your transfer. For transfer arrangement details, please
contact Adele at Legendary World Travel:
760-230-5624.
If you require special assistance, be aware that lift-equipped
transportation may not be available in your port of embarkation or
disembarkation. Arrangements must be secured in advance to
accommodate your needs.
WHEN
TO ARRIVE AT THE PORT
Complete your Online Check-In (on the Internet at
www.royalcaribbean.com, or at the Royal Caribbean App on your smart phone) no
later than 3 days prior to the cruise. By checking in online, you
will expedite your boarding process and will be able to start
enjoying your cruise vacation much faster.
When you get to the cruise port, you will check in for your
sailing. If you have completed your online Check-in in advance on
the Royal Caribbean website and already have printed out your
SetSail Pass online, or if it is stored in the Royal Caribbean App
on your smart phone, then you will "sail through" the registration
process. If not, please arrive early, by 1:00 pm, in order to
complete your registration at the dock on time.
You should arrive at the terminal within the "Wellness Check"
arrival timeslot you selected during Royal App check-in. Those who
arrive early will not be able to begin boarding, and those who
arrive late will need to wait until we are able to work them into
another group.
Due to government regulations requiring cruise lines to submit
final departure manifests at least 60 minutes prior to sailing,
guests are requested to complete Check-in no later than 3 days
prior to their cruise. If you do not complete Check-in 3 days
prior, you will be required to complete this process at the pier at
least two hours prior to the published sailing time.
Please note: All guests must be checked-in and onboard the ship no
later than 90 minutes prior to the published sailing time or you
will not be permitted to sail.
If you choose to fly ChoiceAir, Royal Caribbean automatically
displays only the airline schedules that will enable you to meet
your cruise. For your return home, you have the ability to select
the flight that best suits your schedule. Depending on your
disembarkation time and port, the time needed to arrive at the
airport will vary.
Because of the COVID pandemic, there will be a "Wellness Check" at
the dock, and when you check in to the cruise online or on the
Royal App prior to arriving at the port, you will be required to
choose an appointment time. During your Wellness Check, you will
answer a series of questions about your health.
At the port you will need to present:
- Your SetSail Pass on your smart phone or printed out (if
pre-registered online)
- Identification Documents (proof of citizenship) for each
guest
- Credit Card to be used for your Onboard Expense
Account
TRAVEL
DOCUMENTS
PASSPORT AND VISA
A valid passport is strongly recommended for cruise travel. If you are a US Citizen and have no passport, then you are allowed to board the ship as long as you bring both of the following two documents (names must match): both a government-issued ID, such as a driver's license, and also a certified birth certificate with an official stamp from the health department of the state when you were born. However, in case you get stuck abroad for any unforeseen reason, you might run into trouble getting back into the USA without a passport.
Non US Citizens: It is your responsibility to obtain any visas needed for these two countries (if required): USA and Mexico, and other documentation prior to sailing, including vaccinations if required.

Check-in
online in advance! It's easy.
Guests are requested to complete Online or Royal Caribbean App
Check-In no later than 7 days prior to the cruise in order to
expedite the port check-in process. When you check-in online, it
saves time. You won't have to fill out forms at the port.
Once you have
completed the check-in process, you will receive a SetSail Pass,
which indicates you successfully completed your check-in
process.
In order to complete Check-In
successfully, you will need the following:
- Personal Information for each guest are checking in
- Identification Document information for each guest you are
checking in
- Crown & Anchor Society Membership Number (if you are a
member) - Onward
Travel Plans
- Onboard Expense Account Information (i.e credit card and the
reservation information that is authorized to charge against the
account)
During check-in, you will establish an Onboard Expense Account via
either credit card or cash. An Onboard Expense Account, also known
as your Seapass® onboard account, is the cashless system used for
all onboard purchases and services. The account may be set-up with
either a credt card or as a cash account.
You may establish a master account and add guests from your
stateroom or another stateroom as authorized purchasers on your
account. For each purchase made onboard the ship, you will receive
a receipt at the point of sale. A final statement will be delivered
to your stateroom on the final morning of your cruise vacation for
your review. Guests that set up a Seapass account with a credit
card should verify the statement. If all purchases are correct,
they will automatically be billed to the credit card. Guests on a
cash account will need to settle their statement onboard prior to
disembarking. The ship will provide you with specific
details.
After your check-in is completed, you will then be able to print
your travel summary (or keep it on the Royal Caribbean App on your
smart phone), print your SetSail pass, and print out luggage tags.
You can also email your travel summary and boarding
passes.
Everything you need to hop onboard can be printed or stored on your
phone.
Pre-cruise Check-in is available until 3 days prior to
sailing. Check-in before that date so you can start your cruise vacation as soon as you show
up at the port. Happy sailing.
ID'S
AND INCIDENTALS
CASHLESS CRUISING WITH THE
SEAPASS
The Royal Caribbean SeaPass gives you the convenience of being able to
sign for all your expenses and have them charged to your
stateroom. When you check-in at the cruise terminal for your cruise, you'll receive a
SeaPass Card (a personal identification card). The SeaPass Card is
used to access your personal shipboard account to which all
purchases are charged. The Seapass card cannot be used for Hidden Secrets Revealed Special Events, Shore Excursions, or goods and services offered by our Presenters, so you are strongly advised to pre-purchase these in order to guarantee your participation.
Your SeaPass
Card will serve as your boarding card and keycard. This card identifies you as
a Royal Caribbean guest and must be carried with you along with
picture identification when you go ashore. Because the ship is
closed to the public while docked at the various ports-of-call, you
must show your SeaPass Card with its picture I.D. to the officer on
duty in order to return on board.
An Onboard Expense Account, also known as your Seapass® onboard
account, is the cashless system used for all onboard purchases and
services. Your SeaPass card will be given to you at the pier.
During your online check-in, you may upload a photo or take a
selfie, which will be used on your card. Your SeaPass account can
be set-up with either a credit card, debit card or as a cash
account during online check-in or at the pier. You can also add
guests from your stateroom or another stateroom as authorized
purchasers on your account.
For each purchase made onboard the ship, you will receive a
receipt. A preliminary statement will be delivered to your
stateroom on the day prior to the final morning of your cruise
vacation for your review. A final statement will be e-mailed to you
shortly after departing the ship on the last day of your cruise. If
you set up your account with a card, shortly after departing the
ship on the last day of your cruise, Royal Caribbean International®
will automatically post the final charge to your card on file.
Guests on a cash account will need to settle their statement
onboard prior to disembarking.
Throughout the cruise, daily authorizations
(holds) will be placed on your card to ensure funds are available
for your purchases. If you register a card and change to another
card or cash during your sailing, you may still see holds on the
original card. While the holds aren’t charges, they do reduce your
available balance. Most holds are released within 3 to 5 business
days, however, depending on your bank this may take up to 30 days.
Royal Caribbean International does not control how long the holds
remain as the length of time is determined by your financial
institution.
GRATUITIES
As a Cruise Seminar-at-Sea
attendee, your incredibly low fee of a total $16.00 or $18.50 (for
suites) per day, per person, for service charges (tips) to your
steward, waiters, and all other onboard staff was ALREADY PREPAID
when you registered for the event.
SEMINAR-AT-SEA SPEAKERS
INSPIRATIONAL PRODUCTS
On our
Seminar-at-Sea, our speakers will bring books, CDs, DVDs, and other
products. They will also offer private sessions. They will be
selling their wares in the meeting room in our Conference Center on
the ship. Also, the Seminar might be video-recorded, and those DVDs
will be available. Those special items can be purchased with cash
or a credit card but CANNOT be charged to your SeaPass Card.
If you get short
on cash, all ships in the Royal Caribbean fleet have ATM machines. On Navigator of the Seas, the ATM is on Deck 5, midship.
There is a transaction fee levied by the owners of the ATMs, plus
any other fees your financial institution would charge.
GETTING ONTO THE
SHIP
HAND-CARRY ONE BAG
Make sure you
keep one bag that you hand-carry onto the ship.
Upon arrival at the port, your luggage will be carried onto the
ship by porters and delivered to your stateroom, and you will not
see it again for several hours—perhaps not until late that night.
Therefore, pack a carry-on that you can wheel onto the ship with
all you need for the day, including your travel documents,
passport, credit card, SetSail pass, change of clothing, swim suit,
workout clothes, cosmetics, medicines, book to read, and/or
anything else you might want.
If your ID documents are packed in your luggage, you will
not be able to check in at that cruise terminal
!
As soon as you get onboard, go straight to your stateroom and get
settled. There you will find the "Cruise Compass" Newsletter with
schedules for all the onboard activities. You can pre-book various
activities, such as a day-one ship tour, by using the Royal
Caribbean App on your smart phone.
If your room is not ready yet, then head for one of the many dining
rooms onboard for lunch. If the spa or fitness classes are your
thing, make your appointments on the first day, as the most popular
treatments and times fill up fast.
LUNCH
IS SERVED

you are welcomed aboard your spectacular Royal Caribbean Navigator
of the Seas ship, you're invited to relax and dine at the
Windjammer Cafe or in one of the ship's many dining rooms. In the
Cruise Compass newsletter in your stateroom or on the LED screens

Royal Caribbean Cruise Line's Travel
Hotline:
Guests who miss
their cruise due to travel delays can contact the Emergency Travel
Team (ETT) to discuss their options going forward. In specific
situations, when the guest has the proper documentation, it is
possible to join the cruise at the next port of call, but all
options must be discussed with ETT. If you miss the departure of
your trip due to carrier-caused delays or other covered reasons,
Royal
Caribbean Travel Protection Program package of benefits
reimburses you for additional accommodations, meals and "catch-up"
transportation expenses. Otherwise, you are responsible for any
expense incurred to meet the ship at its next port of call. For
this reason, many guests find it is easiest to arrive a day prior
to sailing and stay in a hotel the night before to avoid any
possible delays.
PREPARATION
LUGGAGE AND WHAT TO BRING
You should dress for a cruise with Royal Caribbean
the same way you would for any stylish land-based resort. Casual
sportswear, including shorts, lightweight pants and jogging suits,
is the order of the day both at sea and ashore in hotter
climates.
We recommend you bring a sweater, a jacket or an all-weather coat
for cool evenings, and for shore excursions, depending on your
destination. Due to unpredictable weather, don't forget a hat or
visor and a collapsible umbrella. You'll also want low-heeled,
rubbersoled shoes for strolling on deck, as well as comfortable
walking shoes or sandals to wear.
Royal Caribbean makes it easy to know what to pack and what to wear
when you're dining onboard our spectacular ships. There are two
designations for dress codes: Smart Casual and Formal.
Smart Casual Passenger attire should be in
keeping with what they would wear to a nice restaurant at
home.
- Skirts/dresses, slacks, and sweaters for ladies
- Pants and open-neck shirts for men
Inappropriate dinner wear such as pool or beach attire, shorts,
ball caps and casual jeans (with fraying and/or holes) are not
permitted in the dining rooms. Shoes must be worn.
Formal When formal nights are held, please
observe the dress code in the Main Dining Room and My Time Dining
venues for the enjoyment of all our guests.
- Evening gowns and cocktail dresses for women
- Tuxedos, dinner jackets or dark suits with a tie for men

Formal Wear Rentals
We do offer tuxedo rental onboard most of our ships. Reservations
can be made online via Tuxedo
Rentals. Guests can also make reservations onboard, subject to
availability.
Packing for Your Vacation
Many domestic airline carriers now impose excess baggage fees for
one or more bags and bags weighing over 50 lbs., so check with your
carrier regarding weight restrictions.
All luggage should have a sturdy personal identification tag that
will not be lost or damaged in the course of typical airport and
trucked luggage handling. We recommend that your luggage be of
sturdy construction.
Royal Caribbean recommends that your travel protection insurance
should be adequate enough to cover any possible loss or damage that
may occur. Any loss or damage caused by Royal Caribbean or an
airline must be reported immediately to the responsible
party.
Royal Caribbean will make every effort to assist you in
safeguarding your belongings. But you are responsible for your
possessions at all times. Royal Caribbean is not responsible for
money, jewelry, cameras, binoculars, documents or any other
articles you retain in your personal control. We strongly recommend
you hand-carry all valuables and breakables, including jewelry,
electronics and cameras, essential medications, travel documents,
valuables, and breakables should be hand carried in your possession
at all times. Please read the Passage Contract for limitations and
responsibilities for lost items and baggage.
Suggested Packing List:
yoga mat, rain poncho, rain footwear, warm clothing for viewing UFO
Starwatches after sunset on the outside deck, nice clothes for
dinner, dressy or formal clothes for dinner on two formal night on
7-day cruise, long pants and tops, sweatshirt and sweatpants, warm
jacket or windbreaker, shorts, t-shirts, underwear, socks,
sleeping-clothes, walking shoes, sandals or flip-flops, 2 bathing
suits and cover-up, sunscreen, watch, alarm clock (or you may ask
for wake-up call from ship Operator), cosmetics, toiletries, bar
soap (optional), medications, sunglasses, eyeglasses or contacts,
hat or visor, camera, laptop or notebook computer (Wi-Fi is
available on the ship for a fee) with chargers, extra batteries,
backpack or fanny pack for day excursions, binoculars, night-vision
goggles for star-watch (optional), post-it notes and pens (to leave
notes on your door for friends or for your cabin attendant), book
to read, journal, notebook.
If you're planning to visit our onboard fitness center, be sure to
bring extra shorts, t-shirts and socks that you won't mind working
out in - plus a pair of tennis or running shoes/sneakers.
Save space: Be sure to leave some room in
your luggage for all those souvenirs and mementos. Some
space-saving ideas include:
- Bring shirts and pants/skirts that mix and match, turning three
outfits into five or six.
- Wear your heaviest shoes during embarkation and disembarkation so
you don't have to pack them.
- Pack small items inside larger ones for efficiency.
- Bring an additional empty bag for those acquired extras.
Onshore attire: You'll need comfortable
walking shoes, as well as a hat or umbrella and sunscreen for
protection from the sun. If you'll be touring any museums, cathedrals or
churches, it's always wise to dress conservatively.
In the unlikely
event of rain, you may want to bring a poncho, raincoat, or travel
umbrella.
Luggage Allowance:
Each guest is permitted to carry a reasonable amount of personal
property (including luggage) aboard the vessel; however, for your
comfort and convenience, it is recommended that you limit the
number of pieces you take. Keep in mind that airlines may charge
for excess or oversize luggage. Charges incurred for excess or
oversize baggage are the sole responsibility of the passenger. Each
airline has a different limit on the amount of luggage they allow.
Check with your air carrier for specific restrictions, such as
allowance of pounds and any additional charges.
Luggage Tags:
When your luggage tags are ready and available to be printed out (close to the sailing date), please log in to your Royal Caribbean account online and print out enough Luggage Tags for ALL pieces of luggage, even your carry-on bag: https://www.royalcaribbean.com/checkin/selectforcheckin. Fold and staple or tape those tags around your luggage handles just before you arrive at the Cruise Terminal so your luggage will
arrive safely in your stateroom. It's a good idea to print out
extra luggage tags, in case you or another person in your party
loses theirs.
When you arrive at the Port of Los Angeles World Cruise Center in San Pedro, you will give your larger luggage to the porters, who will deliver your luggage onto the ship. Since your luggage will have luggage tags with your room number on them, they will arrive seamlessly inside your stateroom.
It is advisable to wheel onto the ship a carry-on bag that is separate from the rest of your luggage, since your larger bags might arrive several hours after you board the ship. Please keep all valuables, breakables, jewelry, electronics, medications, and other items that you will need for the next several hours (such as a bathing suit and change of clothing if you wish to swim) before your larger bags arrive.
ESSENTIAL: Carry your Passport, phone, credit card, ID papers, and SetSail Pass with you on your person or in your carry-on bag, because if they're in your luggage and you gave your luggage to the porters, you won't be able to check in at the Cruise Terminal.
What Not To Bring:
Weapons, illegal drugs, and other items that could interfere with
the safe operation of the ship or the safe and secure environment
of our guests and crew are prohibited. Do not pack fragile or
expensive items (such as jewelry) in checked luggage.
The following are examples of items that guests are not allowed to
bring onboard. These and other similar items will be confiscated.
Alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, flammable liquids, explosives,
and dangerous chemicals will not be returned.
- Firearms & Ammunition, including realistic replicas.
- Sharp Objects, including knives and scissors. Personal grooming
items such as safety razors are allowed. Scissors with blade length

are purchased in ports-of-call or from shops onboard will be stored

Alcoholic beverages seized on embarkation day will not be
returned.
CRUISE TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION
Each passenger is responsible for providing Royal
Caribbean with complete and accurate immigration information. It is
the sole responsibility of the guest to identify and obtain all
required travel documents and to have them available when necessary
- this includes visas. Please contact the Embassy (Consular
Services) of each country on your sailing itinerary.
Ensure your name appears exactly as shown on your travel document.
If the name does not match, contact our travel partner Adele at
760-230-5624 or at Adele@LegendaryWorld.com. Failure to do so will
result in delayed check-in and, possibly, denied boarding.
For non-US passport or non-US permanent residents disembarking in a
US Port, the US Department of Homeland Security requires that
before your cruise, you provide the address at which you will be
staying in the US, post-cruise. Also, at the present time, all
foreigners flying to the US are required to show proof of COVID
vaccination when they board a flight to the US.
The health and well-being of our passengers and crew
is our highest priority. There are several measures which have been
placed to prevent and contain illnesses on our ships that meet or
exceed standards set by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and
Prevention.
The simplest way for you to stay healthy is to frequently and
thoroughly wash your hands with soap and water, especially before
eating and after using the toilet. You'll also find hand sanitizers
located throughout the ship for your use after washing your hands.
If you feel ill during your voyage, please immediately report to
the medical center.
Vaccinations You are strongly urged to seek
advice from your primary care physician or an approved public
health advisory service to identify any specific vaccination or
health precautions required for each port of call. Vaccination
requirements vary by destination and change from time to time.
Passengers should check with the World Health Organization (WHO)
(http://who.int/ith) or contact
the United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)
at www.cdc.gov/travel to
verify current regulations.
Health and
Travel Insurance We strongly recommend you review
your health insurance coverage before cruising. Many policies,

TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS
ROYAL
CARIBBEAN CRUISE LINES SMOKING POLICY
For the comfort and enjoyment of our guests, our ships are
designated as non-smoking; however, we recognize that some of our
guests do smoke. Therefore, to provide an onboard environment that
also satisfies smokers, we have designated certain areas of the
ship as smoking areas. Cigarette, cigar, e-cigarette and pipe
smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas. To assist in
locating areas where smoking is permitted, guests will find visible
signage posted within all smoking areas and ashtrays that are
provided for use.
Casino Royale allows smoking and has a designated area for
non-smoking guests. There will be visible signage indicating the
non-smoking area in the casino. Onboard, all interior public spaces
are smoke free*. Smoking is not permitted in any dining venue,
theater, bar, lounge, hallway, elevator, and jogging track. Smoking
is not permitted inside any stateroom and any stateroom balcony.
This applies to all stateroom categories onboard. Outdoor areas
near restricted areas, food venues, and kids play areas and pools
will not allow smoking.
If a guest is in violation of this stateroom policy, a cleaning fee
of $250 USD will be applied to their SeaPass® account and may be
subject to further action pursuant to the "Consequences Section" of
the Guest Conduct Policy. Cigarettes, cigars and pipe tobacco must
be properly disposed of and never thrown overboard. Cigar and pipe
tobacco is limited to designated outdoor areas and Cigar
Bars**.
You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase, possess, or use
tobacco on sailings beginning in U.S. ports. For sailings beginning
in all other ports, the minimum age is 18 years old. Electronic
cigarettes or e-cigarettes are only permitted within the designated
smoking areas.
Royal Caribbean International kindly asks all guests to please
observe the smoking policy. These requests are made to provide a
comfortable cruise for everyone. Guest may also inquire at Guest
Services for the location of the designated smoking areas onboard.
Guests who violate this smoking policy may be subject to further
action pursuant to the "Consequences Section" of this Guest Conduct
Policy.
PREGNANT WOMEN
Royal Caribbean International cannot accept guests who will be more
than 23 weeks pregnant at any time during the cruise or CruiseTour.
The Guest and treating physician should consider before any cruise
that there is no Obstetrician/Gynecologist available on the ship,
and that pregnancies, when unstable and poorly controlled, are
potentially life-threatening, especially without back up. A Guest
may be at sea for several days without any immediate hospital
and/or specialist back up, and that since the proposed itinerary is
not within the U.S., and the availability of specialized shore side
facilities can be problematic.
All guests are required to fill out a Public Health Questionnaire
prior to arrival or at the pier attesting that they are not more
than 23 weeks pregnant. If you have already booked a cruise or
cruise tour and do not meet this requirement, please contact your
Travel Advisor or call us at 1800 754 500 and request a Resolution
Agent.
PASSENGERS WITH DISABILITIES
Royal Caribbean makes every effort to accommodate our passengers
with disabilities, but you can ensure a successful trip by working
with us in advance.
Have your travel agent notify us of your wheelchair usage, special
needs, and/or service animal before your voyage. Notices and
requests must be made in writing and faxed to the Royal Caribbean
Access office at 661-284-4408 at least 30 days prior to
sailing.
If you have questions about the program, please call the Royal
Caribbean Access office at 661-284-4521.
All Royal Caribbean ships have wheelchair-accessible staterooms,
but we highly recommend collapsible wheelchairs, as the widths of
the stateroom doors vary. You may bring your own, or you can
pre-reserve a wheelchair and have it and other medical equipment
delivered to the ship by contacting Special Needs at Sea at
800-513-4515 (outside the US 954-585-0575) or by visiting www.specialneedsatsea.com.
Alternatively, you can contact CareVacations at 877-478-7827 or
cruiseshipassist.com. Some areas on some ships are not wheelchair
accessible.
Passengers utilizing mobility devices with batteries are advised
that the batteries must be a dry cell type, and must be stored and
recharged in the stateroom. Mobility devices of any kind, like any
other items, may not be left outside the stateroom. Because of
staffing limitations, we recommend you be accompanied by someone
who is physically able to assist you both onboard and
onshore.
Travelers with disabilities should check in with the onboard Tour
Office to ensure all shore excursions can accommodate them. Not all
port facilities are accessible for those using mobility devices.
Ports may be accessed by a variety of methods including a ramped
gangway, a series of steps or by tender. In some cases, you may be
able to access the tender, but the shoreside facility will not be
accessible. Many ports of call use a mechanism known as a "stair
climber" to assist passengers up and down the gangway. Passengers
must transfer to a Royal Caribbean wheelchair, which is connected
to the stair climber and operated by the ship's personnel. If you
cannot transfer or your personal mobility device cannot be easily
disembarked, you may be precluded from going ashore. With your
safety and comfort in mind, the decision to permit or prohibit
passengers from going ashore will be made on each occasion by the
ship's Captain, and the decision will be final. Ports that normally
use tenders to access the shore are noted on the itinerary.
The maximum weight of the wheelchair including guest cannot exceed
600 lbs. on transportation lifts. If you have purchased a Royal
Caribbean Transfer at the start or end of the cruise, be aware that
lift-equipped transportation may not be available in your port of
embarkation or disembarkation.
Tender Port Policy
The goal of Royal Caribbean Cruises is to provide a safe
comfortable cruise experience for all passengers. If you will be
using a mobility device during your sailing we strongly recommend
you travel with a person physically fit to assist with your needs
both onboard and ashore.
Embarking and disembarking can be challenging for those with
limited mobility. Many major ports of call provide easy access for
wheelchairs and scooters. However due to various conditions;
steepness of the gangway, weather, shore-side facilities, tidal and
sea conditions, passengers using mobility devices may be required
to transfer to a stair climber or be precluded from going ashore.
Royal Caribbean staff will make every effort to assist but are not
allowed to individually physically lift more than 50 pounds (22
kg).
Some ports of call require the ship to anchor off shore. Passengers
are then taken to shore by small boats or tenders. When tendering
is required, passengers using mobility devices will not be
transferred into or out of the tender, if lifting in excess of the
above limitation is required. Many tender ports do not provide
wheelchair access so even if the passenger can board the tender
they may not be able to disembark ashore. Again the shore-side
facilities, movement of the tender, weather and tidal conditions
can also preclude tendering.
The decision to
allow any passenger to board a tender or disembark the vessel will
be made by the Captain on the basis of the safety and welfare of
all involved and is final.
If passengers are unable to tender or disembark because of
circumstances outlined above there will be no refund or credit for
missed ports. While Royal Caribbean recognizes your disappointment
the safety of both passengers and crew takes precedence.
Service Animals Entry regulations for
service animals vary by port. Passengers are advised to consult
authorities at each port prior to departure for more information.
Royal Caribbean does not have food onboard for animals. The choice
of dog litter material is limited and varies by ship.
Assisted Listening Devices
Royal Caribbean ships are equipped with "All-in-One Kits" with TTY
that can be used in most passenger cabins and at Royal Caribbean
wilderness lodges. Most televisions onboard provide closed
captioning and most onboard theaters have assisted listening
devices. Electric outlets in most staterooms are limited to one and
it is helpful to travel with an extension cord for electrical
equipment. Royal Caribbean also offers JAWS Professional software
with a KOSS-TD/80 headset on one terminal in each Internet Café on
every ship.
Oxygen If you will require
oxygen supplementation during your sailing, please contact our
Fleet Medical Department at (661)753-2680. You will be asked to
send a letter or prescription from your doctor. You will also be
required to let us know the type of equipment you will be using and
whether you will be bringing your own supplies or if you will be
having the equipment delivered to the ship.
Sharps
Disposal If you will be using sharps of any kind,
including needles, lancets, or blades, for your safety and the
safety of others you must utilize a sharps container. To dispose of
sharps while on board, request a sharps container from your
stateroom steward.
